This support policy applies to Taligos Apps support requests for One Up, TallyUp, NameDrop, WordDrop, ReceiptDrop, and the Taligos website.

How support works

Support is provided through the website support form and by email at hello@taligos.com.

What to include

For the fastest help, include the app name, device, operating system version, app version, a clear description of the issue, and steps to reproduce it. Screenshots are helpful when available.

Response times

We aim to respond in a reasonable time, but response times are not guaranteed.

Availability

Some features, apps, or support options may be unavailable, changed, delayed, or discontinued at any time.
